Policy on Refunds and Money-Back Guarantees

  2. You have the right to request reimbursement under our policy if our service fails to satisfy its responsibilities to you.

Customer Cancellation / Partial Delivery / No Delivery

Order/Transaction Duplicate

  1. You must notify us as quickly as possible to cancel an order that was placed in error.
